The 3rd Annual Montford Artwalk is on Saturday, October 13 with open studios from 11-5 pm. Spend the afternoon strolling through the Historic Montford Neighborhood and meet the artists who live there. Enjoy seeing the artwork of about 20 different local artists working in a variety of mediums ranging from paintings, pottery and textile to jewelry and furniture. Tour maps will be available online as well as at the Montford Community Center and City of Asheville Visitors Center.

Lisa Morphew, a Montford resident artist said “I love that artists living in Montford finally have their own art walk. We needed a venue like this and have always just been outside of the River Arts District. I look forward to being part of walk this October and opening my studio and home to curious art lovers.”
