The city has updated its development review fee schedule, which will go into effect July 1, 2018. HRC fees will be as follows (starting July 1):
- Minor Work – $50 ($52 w/ 4% tech fee)
- Major Work Residential – $250 ($260 w/ 4% tech fee)
- Major Work Commercial – $400 ($416 w/ 4% tech fee)
- Local Landmark – $500 ($520 w/ 4% tech fee)
