The Montford Neighborhood Association will hold its annual election for officers (president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer) and at-large board members (eight seats) at the May 18 meeting. Nominations were open through April 20 to all residents of Montford. David Patterson has been nominated for president, Susan Eggerton for vice president, Pam Brown for secretary, and Wanda Newman for treasurer. Each of these offices also entails membership on the executive board. Nominees for the eight at-large seats on the board are Sharon Fahrer, Elizabeth Hunter, Karen Kellow, Laura Lowe, Joe Masters Emison, Michael McDonough, Joe Newman, and Tim Schaller.
You are invited to attend the association’s meetings at 7:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of every month in the Montford Community Center on Pearson Drive. All Montford residents are members of the association. All you have to do is show up.
