We need 100 volunteers to support the Music & Arts Festival on May 19th. We’re growing dramatically in popularity and reputation. More vendors! More food! More music! Being great takes more volunteers. If you have volunteered in the past – we need your expertise. If you only attended - know that by volunteering for a short 2-3 hour shift you will be part of the equation for our success (plus you get a t-shirt!).

We have made it much easier to volunteer, this year. SignUpGenius allows volunteers to see all the time slots and various roles we need for volunteers during the day. Simply log on, put in your desired time and role and you will receive your reminder notices. We will also need your cell numbers and t-shirt sizes – there is a place for that too.
Short Volunteer Training - get your t-shirts & name badges early!
We are asking volunteers to attend a brief one hour training session. We can get you up to speed on your roles and general festival information as well as answer your questions.
Two sessions will be held at the Montford Community Center:
- 7 p.m. May 16th will be for general volunteers.
- 7 p.m. May 17th will be for those signed up for booths handling money (Montford Welcome Booth, Montford Merchandise Booth, and our two Musician Merchandise Booth(s).
